    7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. The Mayor and Council Members of the City of Altoona are invited to attend a Legislative Breakfast in Room 2560 at the Eau Claire County Courthouse, 721 Oxford Avenue, Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  Area legislators and municipal officials from Eau Claire County will be in attendance.  Therefore, because a quorum of one or more council members may be in attendance, public notice is hereby provided.  No action will be taken by any of the governmental body in question.
