    City of Altoona
    General Implementation Plan

     

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Plan Commission on Monday, February 13, 2012 in the Council Chambers of Altoona City Hall, 1303 Lynn Avenue, at 6:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as is practical) to review the General Implementation Plan (as required by the River Prairie Design Guidelines and Standards, Section VII.2.) and as submitted by C & M Properties to develop lands for 58 dwelling units (29 buildings with paired lot lines).  The proposed Fairway Drive Townhomes project is located on Fairway Drive within the Country Club Estates Addition.

     

    The City of Altoona is asking for input from Altoona residents and encourages your attendance at this public hearing.  If you are unable to attend, please submit your opinion in writing prior to the date of the public hearing to Altoona City Hall, 1303 Lynn Avenue, Altoona, Wisconsin 54720.

     

    The Common Council will consider this matter at its February 23, 2012 meeting.
