Administration

The mission of Altoona's Administrative office is to oversee all City operations and to provide the highest quality municipal services to the citizens of Altoona at the lowest possible cost.  Departments within the Administrative Office include the City Administrator, Planning, Citizen Services, and City Attorney.  The Administrative Office is also responsible for bringing policy issues to the Mayor and Council which require Council action.
