Altoona crews install traffic lights near soon-to-be Woodman's, River Prairie

Altoona (WQOW) - Development in Altoona continues, and so far it's decked with traffic lights. 

The City of Altoona said both intersections at the northwest quadrant of the River Prairie development and Woodman's Food Market area were installed last week. The city said the lights are not operational as of yet, but should be before Woodman's opens on September 1. 

The traffic lights are part of phase one for the northwest quadrant of the the River Prairie development.
