CITY OF ALTOONA, Wis. (WEAU) The community had a chance to voice their concerns as a new railroad project nears completion in Altoona.

Thursday at Altoona City Hall, dozens of people voiced concerns about train noise, lights, and vibrations.

Wes Lujan, with Union Pacific, says it's part of the ongoing discussion between the railroad company and the surrounding community.
