NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an election to be held in the City of Altoona on the first Tuesday of April, 2016, being the 5th day of said month, the following officers are to be elected:

MAYOR FOR THE CITY OF ALTOONA:
Mayor for the City of Altoona, for the term of two years to succeed Jack Blackburn whose term will expire on the third Tuesday of April, 2016.

In ALDERMANIC DISTRICT 1:
A Councilperson, for the term of two years to succeed Dale Stuber, whos term will expire on the third Thursday of April, 2016.

In ALDERMANIC DISTRICT 2:
A Councilperson, for the term of two years to succeed Red Hanks, whose term will expire on the third Tuesday of April, 2016.

In ALDERMANIC DISTRICT 3:
A Councilperson, for the term of two years to succeed Andrew Schlafer, whose term will expire on the third Tuesday of April, 2016.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the first day to circulate nomoniation papers is Tuesday, December 1, 2015, and the final day for filing nomination papers in the Office of the Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2016.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that if a primary is necessary, the primary election will be held on the third Tuesday of February, 2016 being the 16th day of said month.
