Altoona's new police chief sworn in

ALTOONA, Wis. (WEAU) -- The City of Altoona has sworn in a new police chief.

Chief Kelly Bakken was sworn in on Monday.

Bakken was previously the Black River Falls Police Chief. The position in Altoona was previously held by Jesse James who is now serving in the Wisconsin State Assembly.
