Trick or Treat Hours

Thursday, October 31 from 5 PM to 7:30 PM

Altoona city-wide Trick or Treat hours are Thursday, October 31, 2024 from 5pm - 7:30pm. 

SAFETY TIPS

• Cross the street at corners using crosswalks.
• Please walk from house to house using sidewalks when possible.
• Decorate costumes and bags with reflective tape or stickers.
• Carry glow sticks or flashlights.
• Drivers slow down and watch out for children crossing streets.
• Drivers turn on your headlights earlier in the day.
