Seasonal Parks-Public Works Maintenance

The City of Altoona, WI, population 7400, invites applications from experienced maintenance workers for seasonal work.  This position is responsible for maintenance and improvements of parks, grounds, facilities, and equipment, as well as project and maintenance work in the Department of Public Works.  AA/EOE.

Publish date: April 30, 2020

  • Start mid-May
  • End September
  • Work week typically 40 hours/week including weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Pre-employment drug screening may be required
  • WI driver's license required (prefer WI CDL Class C)
  • Wage $12/hour
