ALTOONA, WI | Third quarter water bills were mailed on Wednesday, September 30. Payment is due by October 21, 2015. If you miss that deadline, please note that on October 31, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. all outstanding balances + 10% (administrative fee) will be applied to the property owner's 2015 real estate tax bill.
