City of Altoona and Eau Claire Area EDC Announce River Prairie Festival - Celebration of Art

ALTOONA, WI - The City of Altoona and Eau Claire Area Economic Development Corporation are excited to announce the River Prairie Festival - Celebration of Art, a community event that celebrates the kickoff to the 2025 season of programming in River Prairie Park and art in the Chippewa Valley! The River Prairie Festival will take place in River Prairie Park (on Saturday, May 10, 2025) from 10AM - 4 PM.

With events such as live music, artist market, food trucks, yoga in the park, face painting and glitter tattoos, chalk art, live mural painting, Mother's Day potting and planting, giant pumpkin growing seminar/plant sale, rubber ducky race, scavenger hunt, cribbage tournament, robotics team, and cardio drumming class there is something for everyone to enjoy!

River Prairie Festival - Celebration of Art is sponsored by TDS Telecommunications LLC, and Ayres Associates with donations received from Down to Earth Garden Center, Cabin Coffee Co. - Altoona, WI, Kwik Trip, Miron Construction Co., Inc., Juanita's Mexican Restaurant, 44 North, Cowboy Jack's Altoona, Helix, Wagner's Lanes and The Complexx, Scheels, A&W Altoona, WI, Culvers, and McDonalds.
