BACKGROUND

Since we were not able to hold the annual River Prairie Festival in person, we decided to host a virtual festival in its place.  We programmed a few fun events with the goal of celebrating River Prairie!  Those events include a giant pumpkin growing seminar for beginners, giant pumpkin giveaway, mural painting and a virtual rubber ducky race.  The Virtual River Prairie Festival is presented by Visit Eau Claire and the City of Altoona.
