ADRC offers free Health Promotion workshops - January 2022

The Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Eau Claire County offers free evidence-based health promotion workshops to help you live your best life. It is never too late to improve and maintain your health for better living and independence.

Registrations are open for these 2022 interactive classes:

  • StrongBodies for new and repeat participants - strength and balance training program, meets twice weekly for 10 weeks more information >>
  • Healthy Living with Chronic Pain 6 weekly self-management classes including Moving Easy Program more information >>
  • Stepping On falls prevention, 7 weekly classes more information >>
  • Mind Over Matter: Healthy Bowels, Healthy Bladder prevention or early intervention of incontinence among women, 3 sessions over one month more information >>
