March 26, 2020 City Council Meeting // Participate Via Zoom

Wednesday, March 25, 2020
City Staff

The City has been focused on assuring the continuance of open and effective governance during this time while striving to do our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19. To that end, we are convening our city council and committee meetings virtually through the Zoom platform. Zoom allows for public participation in the meetings.

How can I participate?

You are able to raise your hand digitally for public comment either through the phone or through the app. We will call on participants in the order that they raise their hands. Participants must state their name and address for the record. For instructions on how to raise your hand for public comment periods, please click the link below. Meetings are recorded for the public record.

[UPDATE: For full functionality, please connect to the meeting via the Zoom App. The phone call-in feature is a lot less functional than the video conference feature. Connecting via the app affords much more flexibility in attending the meeting! ]
