The City of Altoona is seeking the services of an experienced and qualified firm or company to remove and replace trees in River Prairie Park and to retrofit the irrigation for the replaced trees within the north and south plazas of River Prairie Park. The estimated number of replacement trees within the park is approximately 35 with approximately 22 within the plaza area; the trees have been marked with surveying tape.
