River Prairie Workouts!

ALTOONA, Wis. (WEAU) -- Get ready to get fit! Kim Larsen with kimbentley.fitness has organized a new weeknight workout to keep you moving. The idea for River Prairie Workouts came from the same idea as the kimbentley FITNESS EXPO, to bring businesses together to help communities find their fit. Guests can enjoy a variety of group classes each Tuesday evening beginning at 6:15 pm to enjoy an outdoor workout in the beautiful new River Prairie Park.

Kim worked with the City of Altoona and City Administrator Mike Golat to put the program together. Kim's company kimbentley hosts the weekly workouts, organizes the gyms and trainers, and promotes the events. The group workout features different area trainers and gyms. All fitness levels welcome and there is no cost, classes are donation based.
