We Are All-In For Housing Our Community!

The second video of the All-In Altoona Series highlights Solis Circle.

 

The Solis Circle initiative originated from Altoona Mayor Brendan Pratt's 2018 State of the City priorities which addressed the affordable housing deficiencies in the community. City officials worked with local nonprofit JONAH of the Chippewa Valley and builder/developer Cody Filipczak, among other City leaders, volunteers, and nonprofit agencies, to bring the project to fruition.
