In accordance with the City of Altoona Municipal Code 8.06.050, Smoking on City property or public property under the jurisdiction of the City of Altoona prohibited at specific locations or during specific events.

I, Police Chief Kelly Bakken, hereby prohibit smoking on the City of Altoona property on the north side of River Prairie Park, the main performance stage and viewing areas, and the north plaza area, beginning at 5:30 p.m. until the event's conclusion. For the Summer Concert Series Kickin' it Country and Rock'n on the River on the following dates:

June 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, and 28, 2023
July 05, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, and 31, 2023
August 02, 07, 09, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, and 30, 2023
