The Altoona Water Utility announces NEW online features

The Altoona Water Utility is now offering utility customers online access to check account balances and to pay online. You will find these new features are quick and easy to use. Follow the directions below:
- Start at the City of Altoona's HOME page
Click on PAY WATER UTILITY BILLS
- Enter *Required Fields
- Account balance will appear
- If you are just checking your balance >> close the window when finished
- If you are paying online >> go to step 4 below
- Enter the amount you want to pay in "Payment Amount"
Complete the "Billing Information"
Click "Continue"
