What are your top community health concerns? Health partners in Chippewa and Eau Claire counties want to know in order to prioritize future health improvement efforts.  Make your voice heard by taking the Community Health Survey released today as the first step in a joint Community Health Assessment that takes place every three years. Survey results will be reviewed during virtual Community Conversation events in January, when further public input will be gathered regarding health priorities and strategies. Partner organizations include the Chippewa and Eau Claire City-County health departments, Marshfield Clinic Health System, Mayo Clinic Health System, Sacred Heart Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital, and United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley.

Click on https://bit.ly/CVHealthSurvey now to voice your thoughts on everything from mental health to alcohol misuse to obesity. It takes just 10-15 minutes to help improve community health in your county! Survey deadline is Jan. 10, 2021. Please note this survey is intended specifically for residents of Chippewa and Eau Claire counties.
